How to disconnect your Meta ad account and have your data deleted.
If you connected your Meta (Facebook) ad account to Hedgehog Studio, you can disconnect and delete your data in any of these ways.
Sign in to Hedgehog Studio, open the Connect Meta page, and select Disconnect. We delete your stored access token straight away. We do not keep copies of your ad account data. We do keep a log of changes made through the connector (what was created or changed, and when) for 12 months. To have it deleted sooner, use Option 3 below.
Go to Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, find "Claude MCP" and select Remove. This cuts off our access straight away. Then email [email protected] so we can delete the data we stored, and we will confirm by reply.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your Studio or training account. We will confirm by reply once your data has been deleted.
Deleting your data does not change anything in your Meta ad account. Campaigns and ads you created stay where they are.
